Patricia is built to handle your team's real work, so protecting your data is foundational, not an afterthought. This summary explains, in plain language, how we treat the information you and your team share with us.
Data we process
We process the messages, files, and tool data you explicitly share with Patricia to complete the tasks you delegate, plus account and billing details needed to run your subscription.
Task execution happens inside a per-run sandbox that is destroyed once the work is done.
How we use it
Your data is used only to perform the work you ask for and to operate, secure, and support the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train foundation models.
Isolation and retention
Customer data is tenant-scoped and encrypted in transit and at rest. Business plans add Private Mode for per-user isolation, per-user OAuth scoping, and configurable retention windows.
Your rights
You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data at any time. For data-protection questions or a DPA, contact privacy@patricia.com.
